rempit88's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rempit88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rempit88 is incorporated, as disclosed in the platform's licensing documentation.
